Staff will then have three months to complete any further mandatory or specialist training, giving them the knowledge and skills necessary to support people in a dignified, respectful and safe way. Upon completion of probation, staff will see a payrise that recognises their increased understanding.
Once staff have completed their probation we will always consider develoment opportunities that will bring value to our service users. Currently we have staff completing Lv3 awards in Mental Health and Leadership and Management.
We will always keep team culture at the heart of our business practice. We support this with team events, away days and rewards for those who bring a positive attitude and good ideas day in and day out.
